Yes, you can insert a pair of hexagonal brackets to a file. Select ※Insert 每 Symbol 每 Symbols§. From the popped up dialogue box as shown below, select the ※Song_GB 2312§ font and ※CJK Symbols and Punctuation§ under its subset. Click on the required parenthesis and single click on the ※Insert§ button.
