The earlier stages of the installation went through smoothly. However, there was no response upon clicking the “Next” button when the installation program reached the page as shown in the diagram below. How can I overcome this?

Firstly, please ensure that you have exited from the anti-virus program or firewall before starting the installation. If not, please do so and carry out the installation again.

If you have exited from the anti-virus program or firewall, locate the InstallUtility.dll file via the search function and replace with the InstallUtility.dll file in the “Installation” folder before clicking on “Next”.
